Everything’s shipped from Puerto Rico so please allow 5 - 15 working days until your order arrives!

However, please note that all orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail who has a Delivery time of 3 days or USPS First Class Mail INTL that has a delivery time of 14 days. 

So please keep in mind that shipping times will, of course, vary depending on location.

This is an one Woman army so I tend to pack orders weekly and ship them either on Monday or Friday. (Once a week, or sometimes maybe twice depending on the order load!) Please be patient, I pack everything with lots of love! 

 
IMPORTANT // Implemented on March 28, 2020 —

Due to the status of the current pandemic, it is very important for us to remain safe above anything else! ♡

Rest assured that everything will be carefully sanitized before packing.

However with this said, I’m no longer going to the post office every other day, depending on the flux of orders. So, please allow 1 - 2 weeks (14 days) before your order is processed, and shipped!

Returns and Replacements :

MeltingHearts does not accept returns. The sizing guides & description of products are made very clear, so all sales are final. If for some reason you receive a product that is faulty or damaged upon transit (OR IS LOST!?), the items will be replaced with no extra charges!
If this were to happen. please photograph your item & contact me using the email shown in the contact form; I'll do my best to make things right!

Also; Please read carefully before placing an order! We don’t accept cancelations. Be mindful that this is a small business & Shopify charges a transaction fee for every order placed.
